Bitter Apple is a non-toxic, safe and effective chew deterrent.
Has a bitter taste to discourage pets from licking, gnawing, and chewing on surfaces where applied.

Chewy NoNo Anti-Chewing Spray
The reasons for chewing need to be addressed before the correct course of treatment can be decided upon but Chewy NoNo provides an effective way of deterring many animals from destructive chewing habits such as bandage biting and gnawing on sofas! For the horse owner it is ideal for discouraging foals from chewing on the brood-mares tail.

By their very nature Dogs (and especially puppies), are extremely playful and investigative. Interaction with other dogs and their owners is a normal part of a dog's routine and forms an important part of their social development. As you know, dogs and puppies love to explore their environment and this is achieved by sniffing, tasting and sometimes chewing on objects throughout the home.
Dogs that chew may also be scavenging for food (sticking their head in the dustbin!), playing (resulting in a personal possession being mauled to pieces), teething or satisfying a natural urge to chew and gnaw (which can serve to help keep teeth and gums healthy). It is possible that some dogs chew because of the attention they receive (even if it is negative). Owners may be inadvertently rewarding chewing behaviours by giving the dog a treat in an effort to stop the chewing habit.

Why does it work
Active ingredients in Valerian are Valerinic acid and Valerenol. Clinical studies have shown these substances de-stress and calm pets* by enhancing production of a neurotransmitter called GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid).
GABA has an inhibitory effect (ie. Calms the nerve); and is a natural chemical produced by the brain,
transmitted from nerve to nerve as a chemical calming message when the body is stressed.
A study in the Neuropharmacology journal (2009) shows GABA receptors having an affinity for Valerinic acid and Valerinol, and shows them to have a marked anti anxiety effect in mammals.
The diffuser is ideal for all pets including horses, dogs, cats, rodents,
and other mammals. It will also have equally beneficial effects on humans!
Instructions for use
Unscrew bottle cap and insert bottle firmly into plug-in diffuser.
Leave switched on for duration of treatment which is 6 - 8 weeks.
When using travel diffuser, remove plug in from socket and
carefully pull out the bottle. Squeeze 2 - 3 drops of liquid
onto the diffuser pad.
Also included in both packs:

This is re-usable by adding 2-3 drops of oil from the plug in bottle

Feliway can be used to help comfort and reassure cats, while they cope with a challenging situation and/or help prevent or reduce the stress caused to a cat during a change in their environment.
The Feliway Spray can be used in the following situations:
-Urine Marking
-Vertical Scratching
-Transportation
-Cattery visits
The Feliway Spray can be applied directly to cat carriers or the back of cars to help relieve stress and stress-related behaviors during car travel.
Always spray 15 minutes before allowing the cat into the environment to allow the alcohol base to evaporate. Feliway should not stain furniture but it is recommended to test on a discrete area first.
Signs of stress include urine marking, vertical scratching, aggression, anorexia and over-feeding, over-grooming and under-grooming, house soiling, decreasing levels of activity and appearing withdrawn.
Some cats may be able to cope very well with a stressful event or a change in their environment and may only feel uncomfortable for a few days or just for a few hours. In this case, stress is unlikely to have any serious consequences. However, others will have serious problems coping with even small challenges. These cats are far more likely to suffer acute or chronic stress, which can have a real impact on their health, contributing to or exacerbating problems such as cystitis, dermatological conditions, anorexia and obesity.
Always consult your veterinary surgeon if your cat is showing signs of stress. Your cat's problem may be of a clinical origin and may require further treatment

Zylkene is a natural product derived from milk proteins that has been proven to help your cat or dog cope in times of stress and adapt to change. Can be used for short periods or continuously if needed. It has been clinically proven to be effective in dogs and cats.
How to use Zylkene:
- For short term stress e.g travelling, begin Zylkene 24 hours before the journey and give a second dose 1 hour before travelling.
- For moderate length stress e.g. fireworks, begin Zylkene one or two days before the anticipated stressful situation and continue for the duration of the stress.
- For long term stress, the initial period of use should be 1 - 2 months, and can be repeated as required.
The average daily intake required 15mg/kg, given once daily. The pet's behaviour should be re-evaluated after a 15-30 day course and the daily intake modified if necessary. Zylkene is palatable and easy to give - open the capsule and mix the powder with food or a treat such as cheese or tuna. The capsule can also be given whole.
